A comprehensive range of competitive sports are played in the Army, with activities worldwide.
Each sport represents a sponsorship and involvement opportunity for industry partners who want to support the Army’s sporting initiative and to form a valuable interaction with the Service at all levels, with opportunities to engage with Army athletes as well as with the highest ranking officers responsible for each sport.
With superb facilities and a ‘sport for all’ approach, the Army organises competitions at all levels through the following recognised Associations and Unions. There are over 100 serving sportsmen and women who have represented their country.
